Customers that showed up after our arrival were served first. We were still waiting for our complimentary chips and salsa that have not yet shown up, and only after recieving our food, did I have to ASK for them to bring us chips and salsa. Waited an hour and watched the admittedly sick waitress hug a snot nosed kid then she delivered food by pressing the plate into her dirty shirt. Hair flying everywhere. We never even got the food.
